Gigantic Parota Live Edge Table Slabs in Production

In our kiln, we’re meticulously processing over 9,000 board feet of Gigantic Parota live edge table slabs. The kiln-drying process not only enhances the wood’s stability but also eliminates any hidden insects or larvae. These mammoth slabs, ranging from approximately 30 inches to 5 feet in width, are perfect for crafting unique countertops, conference tables, dining tables, and desks. Our Florida milling department is currently brimming with an exceptional variety of Walnut. We’re talking bookmatched flitches, three to four-foot-wide figure crotches, and a rich, dark chocolate color. These Walnut slabs are flying off the shelves, and we’ve got an 8,000 board foot pile of slabs waiting to be surfaced. Australian Beefwood Slabs – A Unique Addition

Sawyer Dan and his team have been hard at work slicing up some captivating Australian Beefwood slabs. This dense hardwood is perfect for creating bar tops, desks, and tables. Interestingly, this species, which was initially planted near our Florida sawmill in the 1860s, has become invasive over time. Its aggressive growth harms native species and can even be detrimental to endangered sea turtles. Now, these invasive trees are finding a new purpose as stunning furniture.
